Penny Rodgers joined Davis Benefits & Pensions in 2013 after working several years in the group department of a major insurance carrier in Canada. She holds an ACS and AIAA designation from the Life Office Management Association and is currently working to complete her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation. Her role is delivering the mission in data collection, analysis and reporting that supports each client's consulting experience. Penny has years of experience in the internal administration, mechanics and inner-workings of employee benefits programs. When not in the office you'll find Penny enjoying time with her family and two furry friends.
