We conduct Pre-Renewal Planning with clients, and we evaluate, negotiate, and deliver advice a minimum of 30 days in advance of any effective date, giving you time to make decisions and communicate to employees.

We conduct Strategic Planning, Gaps, Goals and Growth reviews to identify any opportunity or threat, allowing us to better tailor our advice to you.

    • Employee Surveys. Benefits Committee or Engagement Planning
  2. Gaps, Goals and Growth
    • Based on Strategic Planning session, risk management and advice
    • Full plan evaluation revealing gaps, setting goals, and identifying growth opportunities
  3. Pre-Renewal Planning
    • Based on Gaps, Goals and Growth, advice review, implementation strategy for changes
    • Budgeting for benefits based on analysis of claims experience data
  4. Renewal Review
    • Based on Pre-Renewal Planning, the delivery and presentation of negotiated renewal
    • Complete annual claims evaluation and evaluation of alternative pricing
